Kisaran Ukuran: OD: 12.7-127mm, WT: 0.9-9.1mm, Panjang: 5.8m / 6m, maksimal 11.8m
Aplikasi: Untuk Boiler, Superheaters, Heat-Exchanger, Condensers, Flare Boiler, Flare Superheater, dan Ujung Aman
Perawatan panas:
Setelah pengelasan, semua tabung diperlakukan panas pada suhu 1650 ℉ (900 ℃) atau lebih tinggi dan diikuti oleh pendinginan di udara atau di ruang pendingin tungku atmosfer yang terkontrol.
Cold-Drawn tubes diberi perlakuan panas setelah cold-draw pass akhir pada suhu 1200 ℉ (650 ℃) atau lebih tinggi.

2. Segregasi Bahan Baku untuk menghindari campur aduk baja
3. Pemanasan dan Ujung Palu untuk Menggambar Dingin

7. Pengujian Kualitas di laboratorium sendiri dengan Kekuatan Tarik, Kekuatan Hasil, Pemanjangan, Kekerasan, Kelurusan, dll.
8. Pengepakan dan Stocking.
100% Eddy Current Testing.
Memeriksa Toleransi Ukuran 100%.
Pemeriksaan permukaan tabung 100% untuk menghindari cacat permukaan.
