Hot Rolled Steel Plate Steel Grade Plate Kapal Baja
Pertama kami menyarankan baja grade S355J2 + N setara adalah kapal pelat baja ASTM A131 GR.DH36 (kekuatan luluh minimum 355 MPa, Tensile 490 hingga 620 Mpa, perlakuan panas di bawah normalisasi atau TMCP, uji impak charch V-notch @ -20 ℃). Lalu ASTM A131 Gr.EH36 (kekuatan luluh minimum 355 MPa, Tensile 490 hingga 620 Mpa, perlakuan panas di bawah normalisasi atau TMCP, uji impak charch V-notch @ -40 ℃) juga ok dan bahkan lebih baik daripada S355J2 + N.
Techincals yang sama seperti A131 GR.DH36 dan EH36,ABS Grade DH36 dan ABS Grade EH36 keduanya ok untuk mengganti S355J2 + N.
Kedua kami dapat menyarankan Anda memilih baja struktural paduan ASTM A572Gr50 (kekuatan luluh minimum 345 MPa, Tarik di atas 450 MPa) .Tentu saja menambahkan teknologi Perawatan panas yang dinormalisasi dan uji impak Charpy V-notch -20 celcius untuk A572Gr50 saat dipesan.
Selain itu, DIN 17100 St52-3N (kekuatan luluh minimum 345 MPa, Tarik di atas 490-630 MPa) juga merupakan baja paduan rendah.GB / T1591Q345D (kekuatan luluh minimum 345 MPa, Tarik di atas 470-630 MPa, D dilakukan dengan Charpy V-notch berdampak pada minus 20 celcius)
