Fitur struktural dari rangkaian produk ini
- Ada dua jenis struktur: vertikal (YYL) dan horizontal (YYW).
- Permukaan boiler mengadopsi pengaturan tabung-pengencangan dengan struktur spiral.Cerobong asap mengadopsi pengaturan tiga lintasan.
- Pemanas awal udara atau trafo air/uap diatur di belakang boiler, mengurangi suhu, meningkatkan efisiensi termal boiler.
- Pintu pembuka cepat atau pintu observasi dilengkapi untuk kemudahan pemeriksaan inspeksi dan pemeliharaan internal.
1. Efisiensi Termal Tinggi
1.1 Boiler adalah pemanas sirkulasi dalam fase cair, tidak ada kehilangan panas yang dipimpin oleh kondensasi, efisiensi termal tinggi, dan boiler sangat aman saat beroperasi.
1.2 Cangkang boiler menggunakan papan aluminium silikat untuk pengawetan panas, kehilangan panas rendah.
3.2 Dilengkapi dengan economizer, memanfaatkan panas gas buang, menurunkan suhu asap knalpot.
2. Ruang Pembakaran Besar
Ruang bakar boiler terdiri dari kumparan berdiameter besar, ruang pembakaran bahan bakar yang cukup, pembakaran yang cukup, efisiensi termal yang tinggi.Selain itu, boiler mengadopsi pembakaran tekanan positif, meningkatkan efisiensi pembakaran.
3. Desain Kumparan Luar Biasa
Pipa spiral terbuat dari tabung baja multi-kepala berdiameter kecil, ekspansi termal yang baik, tegangan rendah, aman dan andal.
4. Output yang Cukup

Dilengkapi dengan peralatan tahan ledakan di bagian belakang boiler, mencegah deflagrasi di tungku, mengeluarkan energi tinggi, untuk memastikan boiler beroperasi dengan aman dan efisien.
6. Kontrol Otomatis Sempurna
Boiler mengadopsi kabinet kontrol cerdas otomatis PLC penuh dan sistem perlindungan interlock, memiliki fungsi perlindungan pada suhu oli, suhu sedang, tekanan, dll, sesuaikan dengan nyaman.
7. Instalasi yang nyaman
Ketel adalah ketel paket, struktur kompak, mencakup area kecil, nyaman untuk pemasangan dan pemeliharaan.
