09CrCuSb Alloy Steel Seamless Tube Ketahanan Korosi Untuk Preheater Dan Heat Exchanger
Tabung 09CrCuSb adalah sejenis tabung baja paduan yang banyak digunakan dalam preheater dan penukar panas.Ini banyak digunakan di pembangkit listrik dan kilang untuk memproduksi economizer batubara, pemanas awal udara, penukar panas dan evaporator yang bekerja dalam gas buang belerang tinggi untuk menahan korosi kondensasi gas buang belerang.
Baja ND paduan rendah 09CrCuSb, yang tahan terhadap korosi titik embun asam sulfat untuk tabung baja mulus, pelat, tempa, dan bahan las khusus, disiapkan dengan peleburan di tungku listrik berdaya ultra tinggi, pemurnian di luar tungku, dan degassing vakum.Hal ini ditandai dengan terbentuknya lapisan pasivasi padat yang kaya akan Cr, Cu, Sb dan Ti pada permukaannya selama proses korosi, sehingga memiliki kemampuan anti korosi yang tinggi.
Baja ND adalah baja struktural paduan rendah. Dibandingkan dengan jenis baja lain seperti baja ringan, Corten, CR1A, baja ND memiliki ketahanan korosi dan sifat mekanik yang sangat baik.
