DIN 2391 ST52 (1.0580 / E355)tabung baja presisi tanpa jahitan yang diasah secara dingin adalah standar industri untuk pembuatan tong silinder hidraulik. Dengan permukaan dalam yang diasah secara tepat atau skived-and-roller-burned (SRB),tabung-tabung ini memberikan toleransi dimensi ketat dan permukaan selesai yang diperlukan untuk kinerja segel piston hidrolik yang andal.
- Tabung dasar yang ditarik dingin:Tabung baja ST52 tanpa jahitan yang ditarik dingin untuk mencapai toleransi ketebalan dinding OD/ID yang dekat
- Skiving & Roller Burnishing (SRB):Proses finishing lanjutan menghilangkan lapisan tipis (skiving) kemudian bekerja dingin permukaan ID (membakar) untuk Ra ≤ 0,2μm akhir
- Opsi pengasah:Pengasah konvensional tersedia untuk diameter yang lebih besar dengan Ra ≤0,4μm permukaan akhir
- Kekuatan tinggi:ST52 memberikan kelembaban yang sangat baik dan sifat mekanik yang unggul untuk aplikasi hidrolik yang menuntut
- Kejujuran Dijamin:≤1mm per meter memastikan perjalanan piston yang lancar tanpa mengikat
